AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS
Introducing an after-school club based on key skills from the game of rugby, but with benefits that go far beyond it.
RugbyKids’ fun, structured after-school sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination.
We do this through a proven programme delivered across a full or half term in weekly classes lasting 45 to 60 minutes.
These non-contact sessions gently introduce children to the basics of rugby. They are run with energy, enthusiasm and excitement by our friendly, experienced RugbyKids Coaches.
Our coaches help to boost each child’s sense of sportsmanship, confidence and self-esteem, as well as improving their ability to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball and play as part of a team.
In other words, we tackle a lot… but without any tackling!

It’s great having RugbyKids run one of our after-school clubs at the school. The children love the sessions and enjoy being outside learning about the basics of the game. They look forward to it every week.
My son and daughter both love RugbyKids. Without it, they would not be learning basic rugby skills at this point in their lives – not until secondary school. So it’s a great head start.
Since RugbyKids have been coming to the school, the children have improved across all of their sport. We as teachers notice a big difference in their skill levels, listening and fitness. It’s a huge bonus that they seem to have loads of fun too!
